Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy explains premium subscriptions, auto-renewal, cancellation, restore purchases, and refund handling.
1. Premium features
Where's My Car may offer premium features in addition to free features. Premium plans may be monthly or yearly. Available features, pricing, trials, and promotions may vary by country, platform, app version, and store.
2. Purchases
Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Where's My Car does not collect or store your full payment-card details. We may use RevenueCat and store APIs to verify subscription status and manage premium entitlements.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before the renewal date. The store controls billing timing, currency, taxes, cancellation windows, and renewal rules.
4. Cancellation
App Store: iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > Where's My Car > Cancel Subscription
Google Play: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Where's My Car > Cancel subscription
After cancellation, premium access may continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on store rules.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies. Where's My Car cannot guarantee or override a store refund decision.
App Store refunds: Use Apple's Report a Problem or Apple Support.
Google Play refunds: Use Google Play order history or Google Play Support.
6. Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting your Where's My Car account may not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in App Store or Google Play.
After account deletion, late subscription webhooks or store events may no longer match a Where's My Car account and may be ignored by the app backend.
7. Price, tax, and trials
The store displays the price, tax, billing period, and any trial or promotional terms before purchase. Review those terms before confirming payment.
If a trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription according to store rules.
8. Restore purchases
If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can use restore purchases to recover an active subscription, subject to store account availability.
